ROOF REPAIR

Most of the roofs we are called to are not finished: they have one failure letting water in. We trace it to the source, whether that is lifted shingles after a wind event, cracked pipe flashing, a failed valley or a vent that was never sealed properly. You get photographs of what we found and a plain answer about whether a repair is the right call or whether you are better off replacing.

Full replacement

ROOF INSTALLATION

A new roof is a system, not a layer of shingles: underlayment, ice and water protection, ventilation, flashing and capping all have to work together in a freeze-thaw climate. We walk you through the material options suited to Calgary, install to manufacturer specification, and register the warranty so the coverage is real rather than theoretical.

INSPECTIONS AND INSURANCE CLAIMS

A hail claim lives or dies on evidence. Our HAAG certified inspectors assess the roof, document the damage the way an adjuster expects to see it, and give you a written report you can hand straight to your insurer. We do the same inspection before a purchase, so you know what you are buying before you sign.

Materials

ROOFING PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

We recommend products chosen for this climate rather than whatever is quickest to put down: impact-rated shingles where hail is the risk, synthetic slate where the look matters, and ventilation components matched to the house. We explain the trade-offs and the warranty on each one before you choose.

The roof edge

EAVESTROUGH, SOFFIT AND FASCIA

Water has to leave the building, and the edge is where it usually fails. We install seamless eavestrough, vented soffit and fascia trim as one system with the roof, sized for the run and pitched so it drains. Done properly it protects the fascia, the siding and the foundation below it.
